小班化教育不仅带来了学生活动空间的增大、活动环境的改善,也引起了教师教育教学行为的改变。作为一名班主任,如何将班级管理与小班化教学结合起来,我一直在实践、学习和探索。现从以下几个方面,向在座的各位专家汇报工作中的一些做法和体会。一、要有一颗爱心有爱才有教育。小班化因其学额少的优势,教师能更好地关注到每一个学生,有效地调节师生关系,落实以人为本的教育思想。我首先要求自己以一颗仁爱之心平等地对待每一个学生,尊重、关心、理解与信任每一个学生,能站在学生的角度去体验他们
