以16个西瓜品种为材料,从226对西瓜SSR引物中筛选出24对适合西瓜品种鉴定的引物,用该24对引物对68个西瓜品种进行分析,共检测出60个等位基因变异,等位基因变异范围为2~9个,平均每个位点产生2.5个等位基因变异。68个西瓜品种遗传聚类分析结果显示,24对引物能够将所有品种进行有效鉴别,品种间遗传相似性介于0.476~0.984,并且至少存在1个位点的差异,说明由该24对SSR引物形成的引物组合可用于西瓜品种的鉴定。
Sixteen varieties of watermelon were used as materials to screen 24 pairs of primers for watermelon varieties from 226 pairs of watermelon SSR primers and 68 pairs of watermelon varieties were analyzed using these 24 pairs of primers and 60 alleles were detected. The range of the gene mutation ranged from 2 to 9, with an average of 2.5 alleles per locus. Genetic clustering analysis of 68 watermelon cultivars showed that 24 pairs of primers could effectively identify all the cultivars, and the genetic similarity among cultivars ranged from 0.476 to 0.984 with at least one locus difference, indicating that 24 pairs of SSR primers The primer combinations formed can be used to identify watermelon varieties.
