应用比浊法对ADP诱导兔血小板聚集测定方法的主要影响因素、ADP浓度、pH值、溶剂和增溶剂进行了考察,选择出血小板聚集性测定方法的适宜条件。
The main influencing factors, ADP concentration, pH, solvent and solubilizer of ADP-induced rabbit platelet aggregation were determined by turbidimetric method. The suitable conditions of platelet aggregation assay were selected.
