口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)是颌面部最常见的恶性肿瘤。视网膜母细胞瘤抑癌基因(Rb gene)与人类大多数肿瘤均有密切关系。Rb基因具有抑制肿瘤细胞的生长作用。越来越多的证据表明Rb基因也与OSCC的发生发展以及预后有着密切关系。本文为探究Rb基因与OSCC的关系做简要综述。
Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the most common malignant tumor in maxillofacial region. Retinoblastoma tumor suppressor gene (Rb gene) and most human tumors are closely related. Rb gene can inhibit the growth of tumor cells. There is a growing body of evidence that the Rb gene is also closely related to the development and prognosis of OSCC. This article provides a brief overview of the relationship between Rb gene and OSCC.
