1 概况陆浑灌区总干渠从陆浑水库引水,总长44.4km,设计最大引水流量77m~3/s,共有填方坝55座,总长7410km,最大坝高29m,最大坝长740m。总干渠建于1974年,填方坝施工质量差,坝体干容重小,经试验测试干容重合格率仅为7%。55座填方坝坝肩、坝坡、坝脚渗漏水严重的27座,渗漏特别严重的11座。自1974年10月总干渠建成通水以来,因渗漏水严重已造成10多次填方坝决口、脱坡等工程事故,不仅给沿渠人民群众生命财产带来巨大损失,也影响了农业灌溉生产。由于灌浆具有充填坝体内部孔洞、裂缝、孔隙、湿陷固结、挤密土体的治本效果,加之就地取材,造价低,施工简便,因此,在1995年开始的陆浑灌区二期加固工程中,坝体劈裂灌浆成为填方坝防渗加固的主要方法。
1 Overview The Luhun irrigation main canal is drilled from Luhun Reservoir, with a total length of 44.4km and a maximum designed water diversion flow of 77m ~ 3 / s. Since grouting has the inherent effect of filling holes, cracks, pores, collapsible consolidation and compacted soil in filling dams, in addition to local materials, low cost and simple construction, the second phase of Lu Hun irrigation area started to be reinforced in 1995 In the project, the dam grouting grouting has become the main method of seepage prevention and reinforcement of filling dam.
