上海银行是首批进驻自贸区的8家中资银行之一。上海银行自贸区分行与中国(上海)自由贸易试验区同一天挂牌成立。早在分行挂牌成立以前,总行就在框架设计、人力资源、系统建设、产品设计、风险管理等各方面进行规划和重点支持,重点加大了对分行跨境业务的资源配置力度,总行多个部门成为分行的强力支撑后台。成立以来,分行在业内创造了“首笔境外银团贷款”、“首笔医疗企业对外投资”、“首单投资类跨国公司总部资金集中运营管理
Bank of Shanghai is one of the first eight Chinese banks to enter the FTZ. Shanghai Bank Free Trade Zone Branch and China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone were set up on the same day.
