为了促进制冷技术更好地为工农业生产和人民生活服务,减少制冷机在运行中的事故,达到安全生产,减少事故的发生,现把我厂发生事故的实例进行分析,供从事制冷工作人员参考。如有错误之处,希望同行们给予指正。事故实例一:我厂二千吨冷库投产前,(一九八八年四月十七日上午)用4AV17(转速720转/分)试空车三十分钟,试空气负荷车二十三分钟均运转正常,(试车前有关人员指出最好拆检一下有关间隙,但大多数人员认为4AV17产品质量是过关的,不用拆检,清洗了曲轴箱后就使用了。)下午3点24分开始系统抽真空,断续进行系统抽真空至四月二十
