厚料层烧结具有热能利用好,烧结反应进行充分等优点,能够提高烧结矿质量,降低能耗,因而在国外早已普遍采用。近几年来国内各烧结厂也在逐步推广。包钢烧结厂在使用含氟低硅铁精矿烧结的不利条件下,也从80年开始提高料层,85年四台75m~2烧结机已经全部采用400mm厚以上的料层,各项经济技术指标均获得显著提高。
Thick material layer sintering has the advantages of good heat utilization and sufficient sintering reaction, which can improve the quality of sinter and reduce energy consumption, which has long been widely used in foreign countries. In recent years, the domestic sintering plant is also gradually promoted. In the unfavorable conditions of sintering with fluorine-containing low-iron-silicon ore concentrate, Baotou Steel Sintering Plant also started to increase the material level from 1980, and the 85-year-old Sifang 75m ~ 2 sintering machine has already adopted the material layer of 400mm thick or above. Technical indicators have been significantly improved.
