连续铸钢是冶金工业重点发展的新技术之一。与模注相比,可减少大量工序,节约投资,提高钢的收得率,降低成本和实现流水化连续作业等优点。上海是我国冶金工业最早将连续铸钢用于工业生产的地区之一。自1965年上钢三厂二转炉车间建成一台矩形坯二机二流工业性生产连注机以来,现已建成各种连铸机12台共25流(其中板坯连铸机3台),设计能力约60万吨。1966年上海连注坯产量仅2.1万吨,所占比例还不到1%;至八三年连铸坯产量为151.53万吨,连注比达31%。随着转炉的改造(8吨侧吹转炉改造为20~30~TLD 转炉),连铸钢种的扩大及多炉连铸技术的发展,要求耐火材料具有更好的性能。
Continuous casting is one of the key technologies developed in the metallurgical industry. Compared with the mold injection, can reduce a large number of processes, save investment, improve steel yield, reduce costs and achieve continuous operation of the advantages of streamlining. Shanghai is one of the earliest areas in China metallurgical industry to use continuous cast steel for industrial production. Since 1965, the No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Shanghai Steel Co., Ltd. has built a series of 25 continuous casting machines (including 3 sets of slab continuous caster) Design capacity of about 600,000 tons. In 1966, even Shanghai produced only 21,000 tons of injection-molded parts, accounting for less than 1% of the total output. In the third eight-year period, the output of continuous casting slabs was 1,515,300 tons, even with a ratio of 31%. With the transformation of the converter (8TB converter to 20 ~ 30TLD converter), the expansion of continuous casting steel and the development of multi-furnace continuous casting technology require the refractory material to have better performance.
