本实验系用肠炎沙门氏菌(S.Enteritidis)感染白鼠和家鼠以备观察。感染方式有三:(1)将菌悬液经导管直接输入胃中;(2)将菌悬液经口滴入;(3)将面包浸渍于用细菌污染了的牛乳后来喂饲。动物被感染后经15—60分钟,能从其血液及器官中培养出细菌者,经导管感染组有63—72%,经口滴入感染组有8—18%,经喂饲感染组有7.3—9.7%。经导管感染组经过22小时后,经口滴入感染组经过45小时后,经喂饲感染组经过72小时后,培养阳性率均达100%。由此证明经导管感染时,
In this experiment, S. enteritidis was used to infect white mice and domestic mice for observation. There are three ways of infection: (1) the bacterial suspension directly into the stomach via the catheter; (2) the bacterial suspension was instilled; (3) the bread immersed in bacteria contaminated milk later fed.
