无底柱分段崩落法崩矿步距的影响因素很多,一直以来没有得出较好的优化方法。根据随机介质放矿理论的研究成果,对北洺河铁矿2种崩矿步距出矿时的废石混入情况进行了跟班标定,结果表明:1.7m崩矿步距时,废石从正面流出;3.4m崩矿步距时,废石先从顶部出露,说明崩矿步距合理值位于两者之间。针对1.7,2,2.2m三种步距进行了工业试验,结果为2.2m崩矿步距时,矿石回收效果最好,在北洺河铁矿现有爆破参数条件下,推荐崩矿步距值为2.2m。
There are many factors that affect the collapse step of a pillarless subsidence caving method, and a better optimization method has never been obtained. According to the research results of random media drawing theory, the follow-up calibration of the waste rock mixed during the two outbursts of Beidaihe Iron Mine is carried out. The results show that when the 1.7m collapse step, the waste rock from the front Out; 3.4m collapse step, the waste rock first exposed from the top, indicating the reasonable value of collapse step in between. Industrial tests were carried out for the three steps of 1.7, 2.2 and 2.2m. The results showed that the ore recovery was the best when the collapse distance was 2.2m. Under the existing blasting parameters of Beidaihe Iron Mine, The value is 2.2m.
