通过对湖南省19所地方性本科院校体育教育专业人才培养的现状进行调查分析,发现大部分院校培养目标趋同现象严重,人才培养模式单一,办学特色不明显,学生专业对口就业不理想且缺乏竞争力。供给侧改革理论为地方性本科院校体育教育专业人才培养提供了有力的依据,高校是为社会培养人才的供给方,只要转变思路,制度创新,就能开辟人才供给的空间,为体育教育专业的发展开拓新的局面。
