“非政府组织”的兴起有着深刻的背景因素,西方政府理论是其出现和发展的理论依据,经济全球化为“非政府组织”的崛起开辟了广阔的发展空间,而非政府组织的自身特征是其迅速发展的根本原因。
The emergence of non-governmental organizations has a profound background. The theory of western government is the theoretical basis for its appearance and development. Economic globalization opens up a vast space for development instead of the government. The inherent characteristics of the organization are the root causes of its rapid development.
