为考核产品在加速度环境条件下的功能适应性及评定其结构的完好性,在研制和生产过程中必须进行加速度试验。文中根据装置的结构和特点,结合离心加速度的试验要求进行夹具的结构设计。设计出满足试验要求的离心夹具,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对离心夹具结构的强度和刚度进行分析。在此基础上,对夹具与试验机的螺栓组连接进行了夹具连接可靠性分析和验证。其研究对设计同类离心试验夹具具有重要的意义。
To assess the functional suitability of products under accelerated environmental conditions and to assess the integrity of their structures, acceleration tests must be conducted during the development and production. According to the structure and characteristics of the device, combined with the requirements of centrifugal acceleration test fixture structure design. The centrifugal fixture designed to meet the test requirements was designed and the strength and stiffness of the centrifugal fixture structure were analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS. On this basis, the reliability analysis and verification of the fixture connection to the bolt group of the fixture and the testing machine are carried out. The research on the design of similar centrifuge test fixture is of great significance.
