利用电弧喷涂技术在45钢基体表面制备了FeCrAl/Ni95Al复合涂层,先喷涂Ni95Al打底层增强涂层的结合强度,FeCrAl涂层作为工作层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪、拉伸试验机、显微硬度计和CETR微动摩擦磨损试验机研究了涂层的显微组织、力学性能及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,复合涂层组织均匀致密,主要由Fe3Al金属间化合物、(Fe,Cr)固溶在涂层基体中。涂层结合强度为43 MPa,硬度值为530 HV0.1,涂层磨损失效形式为剥落和氧化磨损。
The FeCrAl / Ni95Al composite coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel substrate by arc spraying technique. The first sprayed Ni95Al primer layer enhanced the bonding strength of the coating, and the FeCrAl coating served as the working layer. The microstructure, mechanical properties and friction and wear of the coating were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffraction, tensile testing machine, microhardness tester and CETR fretting friction and wear tester performance. The results show that the microstructure of the composite coating is uniform and compact, mainly composed of Fe3Al intermetallic compound, (Fe, Cr) solid solution in the coating matrix. The bonding strength of the coating is 43 MPa, the hardness value is 530 HV0.1, and the coating wear failure modes are exfoliation and oxidation wear.
