利用合金化方法制备了一种新型高铝青铜合金,通过XRD、扫描电镜、HRS-150洛氏硬度仪等研究了热处理对铸态新型高铝青铜合金组织和性能的影响,得出了合金的最佳固溶时效工艺参数。结果表明,试验铝青铜合金铸态下的显微组织由α、β’、γ2和k相组成,合金经过950℃×2h固溶(油淬)+550℃×4h时效(空冷)处理后,硬度(HRC)为42.6,抗拉强度为890MPa,伸长率为9.84%,表现出良好的综合力学性能。
A new type of high-aluminum bronze alloy was prepared by alloying method. The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of the as-cast new high-aluminum bronze alloy were investigated by XRD, SEM and HRS-150 Rockwell hardness tester. Best solution aging process parameters. The results show that the microstructure of as-cast aluminum bronze alloy is composed of α, β ’, γ2 and k phases. After the alloy is treated with 950 ℃ × 2h solution (oil quenching) + 550 ℃ × 4h aging (air cooling) Hardness (HRC) of 42.6, tensile strength of 890MPa, elongation of 9.84%, showing good overall mechanical properties.
