采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术对467份血清标本进行HBV DNA检测,并结合其它血清HBV标记物(HBVM)的分布模式进行分析。结果显示,132例HBV DNA阳性患者中,HBsAg和HBeAg阳性占58.3%;部分HBVM全部阴性或抗HBs阳性患者亦可检测到HBV DNA(分别占3.8%。结果提示,单以HBV某一系统作为HBV是否复制或传染性的依据是不可靠的,采用PCR技术检测HBV DNA有利于HBV感染患者的诊断和治疗。
HBV DNA was detected in 467 serum samples by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and analyzed in conjunction with the distribution patterns of other HBV markers (HBVM). The results showed that HBsAg and HBeAg positive in 132 cases of HBV DNA positive patients accounted for 58.3%; HBV DNA was also detected in some HBVM negative or anti-HBs positive patients (3.8% respectively.)
