本试验利用砂培的方法,研究不同钙浓度下,甘蓝(BrasicoleraceL.varcapitataL.)不同生育期和不同器官对钙的吸收和分配,及钙对镁硫吸收的影响。试验结果表明,Ca2+浓度在0.2~6.4mmol/L范围内,甘蓝植株含钙量随营养液Ca2+浓度的增加而增加;莲座期甘蓝不同器官Ca的含量为:外叶>内叶>茎>根。在镁浓度相同时,甘蓝全株含镁量随营养液Ca2+浓度的提高而降低;在硫浓度相同时,含硫量随营养液Ca2+浓度提高而增加。
In this study, sand culture was used to study the absorption and distribution of calcium in different growth stages and organs of Brassica oleracea L. varcapitata L. under different concentrations of calcium, and the effects of calcium on the absorption of magnesium and sulfur. The results showed that Ca2 + concentration in the range of 0.2 ~ 6.4mmol / L, the Ca2 + content in cabbage plants increased with the increase of Ca2 + concentration in nutrient solution. The content of Ca in different organs of Brassica oleracea L. was: outer leaf> inner leaf> Stems> roots. At the same magnesium concentration, the content of magnesium in the whole plant decreased with the increase of Ca2 + concentration in nutrient solution. At the same sulfur concentration, the sulfur content increased with the increase of Ca2 + concentration in nutrient solution.
