本院自1980年以来共收有机磷中毒240例,误诊诊13例,死亡3例。13例中男4例,女9例。14岁以下9例。误诊为肺炎5例,中毒性菌痢1例,病毒性脑炎2例,急性阑尾炎1例,因合并症误诊3例,肌震颤待查1例。一、因呼吸道体征误诊为肺炎例1:患儿,女,2.5岁。因咳嗽气促3日入院。入院时体温36.2℃,精神萎靡,面色苍白,心率138次/分,鼻翼掮动,双肺满布哮鸣及湿罗音。血常规正常。入院后以喘息性肺炎予以抗菌平喘药

After admission to asthmatic pneumonia to antibacterial asthma medicine
