目的:以长白山区的3、4、5年生西洋参为研究对象,比较西洋参不同部位中4种氧化还原酶的活力。方法:采用p H=7.4的磷酸缓冲溶液从西洋参叶、主根、须根和芦头中提取出氧化还原酶的粗酶液。应用紫外分光光度法分别测定西洋参中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活力。结果:相同部位的5年生西洋参中氧化还原酶的活力明显高于3、4年生西洋参;4年生西洋参中氧化还原酶的活力略高于3年生西洋参,相同年限的不同部位的西洋参叶中氧化还原酶的活力最大,芦头中酶的活力最小。结论:不同生长年限的西洋参中氧化还原酶的活力差距显著,相同年限中氧化还原酶的活力大小顺序分别为西洋参叶、须根、主根、芦头。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of 4, 5, 5-year-old American ginseng in Changbai Mountains on the activity of four redox enzymes in different parts of American ginseng. Methods: Crude enzyme solution of redox enzyme was extracted from the leaves, main roots, fibrous roots and leaves of American ginseng root with p H = 7.4 phosphate buffer solution. The activities of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) in American ginseng were determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The activity of oxidoreductase in 5-year-old American ginseng at the same site was significantly higher than that of American ginseng at 3 and 4 years old. The activity of redox enzyme in 4-year-old American ginseng was slightly higher than that of 3-year-old American ginseng. In different parts of the same age, Enzyme maximum activity, the smallest enzyme in the reed. CONCLUSION: There is a significant difference in the activity of redox enzymes in American ginseng with different growth years. The order of the activity of redox enzymes in the same years is that of American ginseng leaves, fibrous roots, main roots and reed heads.
