Safeway 6000系统为深圳安路电子有限公司最新研制的、基于“虚拟仪器”技术的旋转机械在线状监测与诊断系统.整个系统由多个SUB6000监测站、CMD6000分析诊断站、DBS6000数据服务器以及多个MAN6000管理监测站组成的网络化状态监测与诊断系统系统的主要特点为:1、区分机器、工作状态、振动失量和振动失量变化类型的灵敏监测技术;2、监测门限的自学习技术,免除监测门限设定的多种烦恼;3、基于事件的历史数据存储,高保真地保存机组运行信息,从而大大减少存储容量.
