助焊剂是焊接电子产品过程中必不可缺的一项辅助材料。目前国产各种助焊剂的性能虽各有特长,但综合其性能指标,总不太令人满意,其质量往往影响产品的可靠性与稳定性。为此,邮电部组织了有关工厂进行会战,欲寻找一种较为理想的适用于电子工业及通讯设备的助焊剂。在调研阶段,邮电工业标准化研究所工艺室推荐提供了美国专利资料,并得到上海有机化学研究所602组的支援,将正在试制的新材料氟碳表面活性剂供给我们试验,使我们在助焊剂的探索研制及应用方面走出了一条新的路。现将氟碳助焊剂介绍如下。
Flux is an indispensable auxiliary material in the process of welding electronic products. At present, although the performance of various domestic flux has their own specialty, but the overall performance indicators, are not always satisfactory, the quality of their products often affect the reliability and stability.
