CMOS circuits are short for complementary metal oxide semiconductor integrated circuits. Its full name is Complementary MetalOxide Semiconductor. This circuit by the United States Radio Corporation (RCA) first trial success around 1964. 1968 before entering the practical stage. Since CMOS circuits have the characteristics of low power consumption, high speed and strong anti-interference ability, they have gained wide attention and application in various countries in recent years. Their varieties have reached 130 in 1976 and 200 in 1978. Its size has also evolved from a small scale to the current large scale. Its scope of application has involved electronic computers, space technology, remote control, telemetry, navigation, communications and other aspects. In aerospace, field communications and other lack of power supply occasions, CMOS circuits also show its unique superiority.
