目的:建立测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Agilent XDBC18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(20:80)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,紫外检测器检测波长为284 nm。结果:方法线性范围为2.02~15.15μg/ml,相关系数为r=0.9993;平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.4%(n=9)。结论:采用RP-HPLC法测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量,方法简便,专属性强,结果准确可靠。
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in metronidazole and glucose injection. Methods: Agilent XDBC18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water (20:80) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min. The UV detection wavelength was 284 nm. Results: The linear range of the method was 2.02-15.15 μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.9993. The average recovery was 98.9% and the RSD was 1.4% (n = 9). Conclusion: RP-HPLC method for the determination of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural in metronidazole glucose injection has the advantages of simple and convenient method, high specificity and accurate and reliable results.
