目的了解赤峰市不同级别医疗机构卫生消毒状况,加强医疗机构卫生管理。方法采用现场采样检测方法,2010-2015年对赤峰市辖区内546所医疗机构室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手和使用中的消毒液进行监测。结果连续6年共检测室内空气4 930份,平均合格率为35.3%;检测各种物体表面样本15 567份,平均合格率为85.5%;检测医护人员手5 298份,平均合格率为77.0%。不同级别医疗机构消毒质量合格率由高到低依次为市级、县级、乡镇级和村级。结论赤峰市各级医疗机构消毒卫生质量总体偏低,有待进一步改进和提高。
Objective To understand the health disinfection of medical institutions at different levels in Chifeng City, and to strengthen the health management of medical institutions. Methods On-the-spot sampling and testing methods were used to monitor the indoor air, the surface of the objects, the hands of medical workers and the disinfectant in use in 546 medical institutions in Chifeng City during 2010-2015. Results A total of 4 930 indoor air samples were detected for 6 consecutive years with an average pass rate of 35.3%. A total of 15 567 samples of various surface samples were detected, with an average pass rate of 85.5% and 5 298 test handicaps, with an average passing rate of 77.0% . Different levels of medical institutions disinfection quality pass from highest to lowest municipal, county, township and village level. Conclusion The quality of disinfection and hygiene in medical institutions at all levels in Chifeng City is generally low, awaiting further improvement and improvement.
