本文结合两例B型预激综合征出现酷似和掩盖下壁心肌梗塞的心电图分析,复习了典型预激综合征QRS波群的构成,指出短路下传主要影响δ波部份,而下壁心肌梗塞则影响δ波之后正路下传的QRS部份。进而提出“校正P-R间期”的测定及其诊断意义。并就B型预激综合征中下壁心肌梗塞的诊断问题提出一些看法。
In this paper, two cases of type B WPW syndrome resembles and masks the inferior wall myocardial infarction ECG analysis reviewed the composition of the typical WPW syndrome QRS wave group, pointed out that short-circuit transmission mainly affects the δ-wave part of the lower wall myocardium Infarct affects the QRS part of the routine after the delta wave. And then put forward the “calibration P-R interval” determination and its diagnostic significance. And on the B-WPW syndrome in the diagnosis of inferior wall myocardial infarction put forward some views.
