目的:通过对山西省7个产地不同类型远志的调查研究,了解山西境内远志种质资源的分布状况。方法:采用野外调查和形态解剖观察的方法对晋产两种远志物候期及花部结构特征进行比较研究。结果:(1)晋产远志花丝合生的方式可分为6种类型。细叶远志共有A、B、C、D、E 5种花丝类型,卵叶远志共有A、B、C、D、E、F 6种花丝类型,类型F为卵叶远志的独有型。(2)晋产细叶远志的花丝类型汇总比例D>A>E>C>B,类型D与A的比例之和占居群总数的72.5%,为晋产细叶远志的主要类型。晋产卵叶远志花丝类型汇总比例D>F>E>A=B>C,类型D与F的比例之和占居群总数69.4%,为晋产卵叶远志的主要类型。而通过花丝类型汇总分析,类型D、F、A在各自种群所占比例较高,可能为远志花结构的祖征类型,类型B、C、E的频率较低,可能为衍生类型。结论:晋产远志花丝合生方式多样,居群间和居群内表型变异相对丰富,与其遗传特点和分布生境等密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution of Polygala tenuifolia in Shanxi Province through the investigation of different types of Polygala tenae in seven producing areas in Shanxi Province. Methods: Field investigation and morphological anatomical observation were used to compare the phenophase and floral structure of two species of Polygala tenuifolia in Jinzhan. Results: (1) Jin far Polygalaceous hyphenated way can be divided into 6 types. Akebia japonica has A, B, C, D, E five types of filaments, Eggplant Polygala A total of A, B, C, D, E, F six kinds of filament types, type F is the exclusive type of Eggplant Polygala. (2) The proportion of filiform types of Prunus mongolica is equal to D> A> E> C> B. The proportion of type D and A accounts for 72.5% of the total population, which is the main type of Prunus mongolica. The ratio of type D to F accounted for 69.4% of the total population, which was the main type of P. yichangjin. According to the summary analysis of the types of filaments, the types D, F and A are higher in their respective populations, which may be the ancestral types of Polygalaceae. The frequencies of types B, C and E are lower and may be derived types. CONCLUSION: There are many ways of conformation of polygalaceous filaments in Jin Dynasty, with relatively abundant phenotypic variation among populations and populations, closely related to their genetic characteristics and distribution habitat.
