分层教学,就是在全面了解学生知识、能力等方面的情况后,根据本班每个学生已掌握的学习知识和拥有的能力水平和认知水平,把学习情况和水平差不多的同学分为一层,并分层次的进行目标的制定、内容的选取、教学方式方法的制定。从而有效的帮助成绩好的学生有更好的机会去探索新知,也让成绩稍微差点的同学能习得相应的知识,让每个学生都有探索和学习的动力和方向。小学数学教学在新课改时期急需借助分层教学提升教学效率。
