目的观察加巴喷丁单药治疗癫痫感觉性部分发作的疗效和安全性。方法 29例癫痫感觉性部分发作患者,均给予加巴喷丁胶囊单药治疗,对患者服药前后3、6个月进行比较,记录发作的月平均次数,对比前后脑电图变化。结果加巴喷丁单药治疗癫痫部分性发作3、6个月时的总有效率分别达86.2%、93.1%,3、6个月后脑电图痫样放电明显抑制。治疗用药中出现不良反应5例,其中睡眠增多1例,头晕2例,共济失调1例,恶心、呕吐1例。结论加巴喷丁单药癫痫感觉性部分发作有效,不良反应少,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of gabapentin monotherapy in the treatment of sensory seizures in epilepsy. Methods Twenty-nine patients with sensory seizures in the epilepsy group were treated with gabapentin capsules alone. The patients were compared 3 and 6 months before and after taking the medication. The monthly average number of episodes was recorded, and the EEG changes were compared. Results The total effective rate of gabapentin monotherapy in treating partial epilepsy was 86.2% and 93.1% at 3 and 6 months respectively. EEG epileptiform discharge was obviously inhibited after 3 and 6 months. Adverse reactions in the treatment of 5 cases, including increased sleep in 1 case, 2 cases of dizziness, ataxia in 1 case, nausea and vomiting in 1 case. Conclusions Gabapentin is effective in the sensory seizure of monoprimary epilepsy and has few side effects. It can be widely used in clinic.
