采用短期培养和空气干燥技术在国内首次对犬弓首线虫染色体减数分裂过程进行了初步观察,描述了该虫染色体第一次减数分裂前、中期的各期形态,并将结果与国外作者的实验进行了比较。
Using short-term culture and air-drying technology, we first observed the chromosome meiosis of A. gondii in China for the first time, and described the morphological changes of the chromosomes during the first and middle stages of meiosis.
