引风机叶轮焊接变形控制及矫正

通过分析与试验对引风机叶轮焊接变形规律进行了探讨 ,采用较为合理的焊接工艺措施 ,有效地控制了叶轮焊接变形 ,并对残余焊接变形进行了矫正 ,很好地保证了产品设计要求。 Through the analysis and experiment, the welding deformation of the induced draft fan impeller is discussed. The reasonable welding procedure is used to control the deformation of the impeller effectively. The residual welding deformation is corrected and the product design requirements are well guaranteed.
