本文在尊重竞争的同时客观地分析了竞争与合作在教科研领域中所起到的作用。如:竞争是教科研发展的前提条件,合作是教科研发展的关键因素,竞争与协作相结合是教科研发展的“互赢”目的。同时,客观地分析了合作与竞争中要注意的五点事项。
This article objectively analyzes the role of competition and cooperation in the field of education and research while respecting competition.
