课堂是体现学校办学特色和思想的地方。传统课堂授受式教学,对于生源较好的学校也许教学效果会不错。而我校规模相对较小,生源基础薄弱,虽然教师肯干,学生肯学,教学效果却并不理想。如何让教师乐教,学生乐学,成为我们无时无刻不在思考的问题。为改变现状,我校结合实际及外地办学经验,在“小”字上做文章,以改变学生学习方式、提高课堂效率为突破口,实施了以学生为中心的“三案并行、小组合作”小班化教学模式改革。这种模式着眼于教师团队攻坚、学生小组合作学习,“师师、师生、生生合作”
