教学质量的高低、课程改革的成败,取决于教师的综合素质。为有效提高教师整体专业素质,经过几年的深入探索与实践,我校创立并实施了“三维校本提升方式”。这种方式是以小课题研究、捆绑式教研与网络教研为载体三维并举的校本提升策略,三者的结合构成了教师专业水平校本提升的点、线、网立体融合。一、点——小课题研究以个体为主,重在自我反思
The quality of teaching, the success of curriculum reform, depends on the overall quality of teachers. In order to effectively improve the overall professional quality of teachers, after years of in-depth exploration and practice, our school founded and implemented the “three-dimensional school-based promotion methods.” This approach is a three-dimensional school-based promotion strategy that combines small research, bundled teaching and research, and network teaching and research. The combination of the three forms a three-dimensional integration of points, lines and networks for teachers’ professional development. First, the point - a small study focused on the individual, focusing on self-reflection
