1949年5月28日上海解放,从此这个国际著名大都市的史册翻开了崭新的一页,巨大而深刻的社会变革,推动了城市和社会的发展与进步。80年代以来,改革开放的春风,给上海这座古老而年轻的国际大都市增添了生机和活力,各项建设事业欣欣向荣,城乡面貌日新月异。90年代开始,浦东开发开放的启动,使上海以更加开放的姿态面向世界。45年来,上海取得了过去任何时代都无法比拟的历史进步,上海的经济和社会面貌发生了举世瞩目的变化。
May 28, 1949, the liberation of Shanghai, from the history of this internationally renowned metropolis opened a new page, a huge and profound social change, and promote the development of the city and society. Since the 1980s, the spring breeze of reform and opening up has added vigor and vitality to this ancient and young cosmopolitan city of Shanghai. The construction has been thriving and the urban and rural areas are changing rapidly with each passing day. Since the 1990s, the opening of Pudong’s development and opening up has enabled Shanghai to face the world with a more open attitude. Over the past 45 years, Shanghai has made historical progress unmatched by any time in the past. Shanghai’s economic and social landscape has undergone remarkable changes.
