目前国内压力容器相关安全技术规范和标准尚未建立关于碳钢、碳锰钢和低合金钢的冲击试验豁免规则,对于材料制造单位、使用单位而言,为了验证其性能,不得不进行大量的冲击试验。本文主要介绍ASME第Ⅷ卷第1分卷~([1])关于UCS材料冲击试验豁免条款,以及笔者的一些理解,供相关单位加以借鉴。对于U CS材料,ASME首先假设所有的材料都需要进行冲击试验,然后基于实践经验或者材料理论,设置一系列豁免条款。其目的在于:按照设计选用的材料牌号、状态及其厚度,考虑UG-20(b)的限制,兼顾经济性,计算出一个MDMT,即标注在图纸上的
At present, the relevant domestic pressure vessel safety standards and standards have not yet been established on the carbon steel, carbon manganese steel and low alloy steel impact test exemption rules for the materials manufacturing units, the use of units, in order to verify its performance, had a lot of impact test. This article mainly introduces ASME Section Ⅷ Volume 1 ~ ([1]) UCS material impact test exemption clause, as well as some of the author’s understanding for the relevant units to learn from. For U CS materials, ASME first assumes that all materials require impact testing and then sets out a series of exemptions based on practical experience or material theory.
