用微量细胞病变抑制法测定了53例急性白血病患者外周血白细胞诱生干扰素的水平,以及18例急性淋巴细胞性白血病患者的淋巴细胞转化功能。发现前者体外诱生干扰素的水平显著下降,并与病程转归有密切关系;后者淋巴细胞转化指数低于正常,但与干扰素水平之间无平行关系。本文还对急性白血病患者白细胞体外诱生干扰素水平下降的可能原因进行了讨论。
The levels of interferon in peripheral white blood cells induced by leukemia in 53 patients with acute leukemia and lymphocyte transformation in 18 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia were determined by the method of micro cytopathic effect inhibition. Found that the former in vitro induced interferon levels decreased significantly, and is closely related to the course of the disease; the latter lymphocyte transformation index is lower than normal, but no parallel relationship with the level of interferon. This article also discussed the possible reasons for the leukemia patients leukocyte induced interferon levels decreased in vitro.
