目的分析早期康复护理应用在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者护理中的效果。方法选取我院收治的38例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者作为观察组,并将同期收治的38例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者设为对照组,予以对照组常规护理,予以观察组早期康复护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的总有效率97.37%,对照组总有效率73.68%,对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率97.37%,对照组总满意率71.05%,对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理应用在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者护理中,可促使患者早日恢复吞咽功能,并提高其满意度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of stroke patients with swallowing disorders. Methods Thirty-eight patients with stroke dysphagia admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 38 patients with stroke dysphagia admitted in the same period were selected as the control group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The patients in the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing. Nursing effects. Results The total effective rate was 97.37% in the observation group and 73.68% in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate was 97.37% in the observation group and 71.05% in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing application in patients with stroke dysphagia nursing, patients can prompt recovery swallowing function, and improve their satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
