本文提出了一种公开密钥密码体制,这种体制是以下述的假设为基础的,即在大有限环中求元素平方根,在不知道这个环结构的情况下,要计算它是不可能的。该体制的加解密运算是非常快的,其数据扩展为1:2。
This paper presents a public-key cryptosystem based on the assumption that the square root of the element is found in a large finite ring and that it is impossible to compute it without knowing the ring structure . The system encryption and decryption operation is very fast, the data is extended to 1: 2.
