9例(10眼)急性期中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变(简称中浆)做了视诱发电位(VEP)的检查。选用60′,15′方格,中央视网膜8×10°范围,1 Hz 模型翻转刺激。结果发现,在15′方格刺激时,急性期中浆眼的 VEP 的 P1波均有延迟;60′方格刺激时,80%的息眼出现 P1波潛伏期延长。VEP 的振幅在中浆眼的改变不大,仅2只眼出现较明显的振幅降低。虽然中浆引起 VEP 延迟的原因还不十分清楚,但 VEP 在研究急性期中浆的视功能中可作为一项电生理诊断指标。中浆是一种发生在黄斑部的病变,多见于20-45岁的青壮年。此病病因尚不清楚,可能与血管因素有关。对于此病的电生理研究,国外近两年偶有报道。而国内尚未见报道。本文对9例(10只眼)急性期中浆进引了 VEP 检查,试图从电生理的角度对此病作进一步的探讨。
Nine cases (10 eyes) of acute central serous chorioretinopathy (referred to as pulp) made the evoked potential (VEP) examination. Selection of 60 ’, 15’ square grid, central retina 8 × 10 ° range, 1 Hz model flip stimulation. The results showed that at the 15 ’square grid stimulation, the P1 wave of VEP in the acute period of mid-serous eye was delayed; the latency of P1 wave was prolonged in 80% of the eye with 60’ square grid stimulation. The amplitude of VEP did not change much in the middle eye pulp, and the amplitude of VEP decreased obviously in only 2 eyes. Although the reason why plasma-induced VEP delay is not well understood, VEP may serve as an electrophysiological diagnostic marker in the study of visual function of the acute phase of pulp. Pulp is a disease that occurs in the macula, more common in young adults aged 20-45 years. The etiology of the disease is not yet clear, may be related to vascular factors. Electrophysiology for the disease, foreign occasional reports in recent years. The domestic has not been reported. In this paper, 9 cases (10 eyes) of acute phase of the pulp into the VEP examination, trying to further study the disease from the electrophysiological point of view.
