刘××女22岁农民头痛、呕吐、畏寒、发热20余天,左眼上睑下垂13天。1984年9月18日入院,住院号:24870患者右侧前额部生疖肿,用手挤压后第3天,出现畏寒、发热、头痛、颈项痛、恶心、呕吐等症状,第7天左上睑下垂。曾用青、链、红、氯霉素及磺胺嘧啶钠等住院治疗13天,病情无好转,转来我院。体格检查:体温37℃,呼吸20次/分,脉搏80次/分,血压130/70mmHg。神志清楚,表情淡漠,嗜睡状态,自动体位,颈部有抵抗感,左侧额部皮肤感觉减退。未引出脑膜刺激征。
