目的 通过观察兔肢体不同缺血时间和再灌注后不同时间对血循环内血细胞的变化 ,了解继发全身免疫炎性反应的情况。方法 将雌雄不拘 96只家兔随机分成对照组 (A)、肢体结扎组 (B)、结扎后开放组 (C)。B组据结扎不同时间分BT1、BT2 、BT3 组 ,C组据开放不同时间分CT1、CT2 、CT3 、CT4组 ,在实验设定点右颈总动脉采血 ,观察血细胞数量的变化。分别作组间比较、组内多重比较。结果 兔肢体结扎、结扎后开放组白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞 (NC)、中性粒细胞占白细胞百分比 ( %NC)、中间细胞 (MID)、中间细胞占白细胞百分比 ( %MID)、淋巴细胞 (LC)、淋巴细胞占白细胞百分比 ( %LC)明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但结扎后开放组的增加低于肢体结扎组 (P <0 0 1) ;与对照组比较 ,肢体结扎组血小板数量增加 ,结扎后开放组减少。但两组平均血小板体积均高于对照组 ;兔肢体结扎组红细胞 (RBC)、红细胞压积 (HCT)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度 (MCHC)明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,且肢体结扎组与结扎后开放组间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 兔肢体缺血再灌注对血细胞系列有影响 ,尤其是炎性细胞和免疫细胞。肢体缺血再灌注可引起全身免疫炎性反应。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of blood cells in blood circulation at different times of ischemia in rabbit limbs and at different time after reperfusion, so as to understand the situation of secondary systemic inflammatory reaction. Methods 96 male and female rabbits were randomly divided into control group (A), limb ligation group (B), and post-ligation open group (C). In group B, BT1, BT2 and BT3 were divided into groups according to the time of ligation. Group C was divided into CT1, CT2, CT3 and CT4 groups at different time points. Blood samples were collected from the right common carotid artery in experimental settings. Respectively, for comparison between groups, multiple comparisons within the group. Results The limbs of rabbits were ligated, the number of white blood cells (WBC), neutrophils (NC), the percentage of neutrophils to leukocytes (% NC), the number of intermediate cells The percentages of lymphocytes (LC) and lymphocytes in leucocytes (% LC) were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0 05), but increased in open group after ligation was lower than that in limb ligation group (P <0.01) Group comparison, limb ligation group increased the number of platelets, open group after ligation reduced. But the mean platelet volume of both groups were higher than that of the control group. The RBC, HCT and MCHC of the rabbit limb ligation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01) There was significant difference between the ligation group and the open group after ligation (P <0.05). Conclusion Rabbit limb ischemia-reperfusion has influence on blood cell series, especially inflammatory cells and immune cells. Limb ischemia-reperfusion can cause systemic immune inflammatory response.
