目的了解铜陵地区蚊蝇对常用4种杀虫剂的抗性状况,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法蚊虫采用浸渍法,家蝇采用点滴法。结果蚊虫对4种常用杀虫剂较敏感;家蝇对溴氰菊酯产生低抗性,对高效氯氰菊酯产生中抗性,对敌敌畏、残杀威敏感。结论本地蚊蝇对常用部分杀虫剂保持敏感,但蝇类对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯产生不同程度的抗性。因此,应科学合理地使用杀虫剂,预防蚊蝇抗药性的产生。
Objective To understand the resistance status of mosquitoes and flies to 4 commonly used insecticides in Tongling area and provide a scientific basis for rational use of insecticides. Methods The mosquito was immersed, and the housefly was dripped. Results The mosquitoes were sensitive to 4 common insecticides. Musca domestica had low resistance to deltamethrin, moderate resistance to beta-cypermethrin, and susceptibility to dichlorvos and propoxur. Conclusion Local mosquitoes and flies are sensitive to common insecticides, but flies have different degrees of resistance to deltamethrin and alpha-cypermethrin. Therefore, insecticides should be used scientifically and rationally to prevent mosquito and fly resistance.
