本文主要以分析旅游业人才需求为出发点,针对吉林省旅游业特点,提出旅游业用人单位与高校合作的建议和对策,从而更好的服务于地方旅游业,提高学生就业率,增强学生的综合素质。
Based on the characteristics of tourism in Jilin Province, this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the cooperation between tourism employers and colleges and universities so as to better serve the local tourism industry, enhance the employment rate of students and enhance the students’ comprehensiveness Quality.
