目的建立冬季大型赛事疾病控制保障模式,以实现传染病发病早期预警,为重大活动期间有效控制传染病的发生与蔓延积累经验。方法在主赛区和赛事接待单位设立疾病预防控制工作点和医疗点,由经过培训的驻会医务工作人员对参会者开展传染病症状监测工作,监测症状包括发热、咳嗽、皮疹、黄疸、腹泻等典型症状。各个监测点将每日监测结果汇报到指挥部,由专家组对监测结果进行传染病风险评估。结果哈尔滨市6个驻会疾病预防控制工作点、37个驻会医疗点,共监测涉会人员156 972人次,发现具有发热、咳嗽、腹泻、皮疹等相关监测症状164例。经临床诊断上呼吸道感染112例,急性胃肠炎35例,胃肠功能紊乱7例,急性扁桃体炎3例,过敏性皮炎2例,肺炎1例,胃肠感冒1例,阑尾炎1例,荨麻疹1例,脑震荡1例,无疑似传染病病例。经连续追踪观察,病例全部痊愈。结论赛事期间全市疫情平稳,参赛人员未发生传染病疫情,症状监测系统充分发挥了作用。
Objective To establish a control model for disease control in major events in winter in order to achieve early warning of the onset of infectious diseases and gain experience in effectively controlling the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases during major events. Methods Disease prevention and control work points and medical points were set up in the main competition area and the event reception units. The trained resident medical staff carried out the monitoring of the symptoms of infectious diseases, and monitored the symptoms including fever, cough, rash, jaundice and diarrhea Other typical symptoms. Each monitoring point will report the daily monitoring results to the headquarters, and the expert group will carry out the infectious disease risk assessment on the monitoring results. Results A total of 156 972 people were monitored in the 6 stations for prevention and control of diseases in the city of Harbin and 37 for medical service. A total of 164 cases of fever, cough, diarrhea and rash were detected. The clinical diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infection in 112 cases, 35 cases of acute gastroenteritis, gastrointestinal disorders in 7 cases, 3 cases of acute tonsillitis, allergic dermatitis in 2 cases, pneumonia in 1 case, 1 case of gastrointestinal flu, appendicitis in 1 case, 1 case of measles, 1 case of concussion, no doubt similar cases of infectious diseases. After continuous follow-up observation, all cases were cured. Conclusion The epidemic situation in the city was stable during the race, and the epidemic situation of infectious diseases did not occur in the contestants. The symptom monitoring system fully played its role.
