目的明确天津某铝制品电缆生产项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病防护措施效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生现场检测等方法,对该电缆生产项目的职业病危害现状进行综合评价。结果现场检测结果显示拉丝操作工和叉车工噪声测量值分别为88.1 dB(A)、87.3 dB(A),超过国家标准,粉尘毒物浓度均符合相关标准,职业健康检查未发现职业病和职业禁忌证。结论该铝制品生产企业主要职业病危害因素是噪声,臭氧、丁酮、甲醇,重点职业病危害因素是噪声。该企业有比较完善的职业卫生管理制度和完整的职业健康监护资料,职业卫生管理体系运行良好。
Objective To clarify the occupational hazards caused by an aluminum product cable manufacturing project in Tianjin, analyze its impact on labors’ health and evaluate the effect of occupational disease prevention measures. Methods Through occupational health field investigation, occupational health field testing and other methods, the status quo of occupational hazards of this cable production project was comprehensively evaluated. Results The field test results showed that the measured noise of wire drawing operator and forklift were 88.1 dB (A) and 87.3 dB (A), respectively. The national standard exceeded the national standard, and the dust and poison concentration met the relevant standards. Occupational diseases and occupational contraindications were not found in the occupational health examination . Conclusion The main occupational hazards of the aluminum products manufacturing enterprises are noise, ozone, butanone and methanol, and the key occupational hazards are noise. The enterprise has a relatively complete occupational health management system and a complete occupational health guardianship data, and the occupational health management system runs well.
