在植物抗寒研究中,探求用简便灵敏的方法测得植物的抗寒生理指标是当前科研工作者共同研究的问题。使用束缚水与自由水的比值及电导率方法测定水稻抗寒力,由于手续麻烦,时间较长,还要破坏植物组织,因此在应用上受到一定限制。如果采用电阻法测定水稻抗寒力,则测定手续简便,并且不破坏被测植株,还可进行连续测定。即使在材料较少的情况下,也能测定其抗寒生理指标。本项研究工作的目的在于探讨用电阻法测定水稻抗寒力的可靠性。
In the study of plant cold hardiness, it is a common problem for researchers to explore how to measure the cold hardiness physiological index of plants with a simple and sensitive method. Using the ratio of irreducible water to free water and the conductivity method to determine the cold hardiness of rice, due to the inconvenience of procedure, long time and the destruction of plant tissues, the application is limited. If using resistance method to measure the cold hardiness of rice, the determination procedure is simple, and the tested plants can not be destroyed, and the continuous determination can also be carried out. Even in the case of less material, but also to determine its physiological indicators of cold. The purpose of this research work is to explore the reliability of rice resistance determination by resistance method.
