一、引言在农业大跃进的形势下,蚕桑事业亦有着很大的发展。培育出健壮的桑苗是发展蚕桑增产的环节之一,尤其是新的蚕区在不断的扩大,需要大量的符合标准的桑苗。要培育出粗壮的桑苗,掌握的环节很多,正确、合理的施肥是重要环节之一。本试验的目的,想通过应用先进的示踪原子的方法来探讨桑苗各部分吸收磷肥的情况,以及磷在桑苗植株内分布的情况,以供在培育桑苗中施肥的参考。
I. INTRODUCTION Under the situation of great leap forward in agriculture, the sericulture industry has also made great progress. Nurturing a healthy mulberry seedling is one of the links in the development of sericulture and yield enhancement, especially the new silkworm area is constantly expanding, requiring a large number of standard mulberry seedlings. To cultivate thick mulberry seedlings, grasp a lot of links, correct and reasonable fertilization is an important part. The purpose of this experiment, through the application of advanced tracer atom method to explore the various parts of mulberry seedlings to absorb phosphorus, as well as the distribution of phosphorus in mulberry plants for reference in the cultivation of mulberry seedlings.
