我国封建社会时期的义田制度是我国传统慈善文化的表现形式之一,改善了封建社会贫困民众的生活,进而为稳定当时的社会起到了极其有效的作用。义田制度在清中期走向鼎盛,与清政府的鼓励和支持有着必然的联系。清代的义田制度可以为我国当前慈善事业的发展起到正面的启示:明确慈善机构的独立法人地位,规范慈善机构的运营机制,完善慈善机构的监督机制,确立完善的慈善激励机制。
The Yi-tian system in the period of feudalism in our country is one of the manifestations of Chinese traditional philanthropic culture, which has improved the life of poor people in feudal society and played an extremely effective role in stabilizing the society of that time. Yi-tian system in the mid-Qing Dynasty to its peak, and the Qing government encouragement and support has a necessary relationship. The Yi-tian system in Qing Dynasty can provide a positive inspiration for the development of current philanthropy in our country. It clarifies the independent legal person status of the charity, regulates the operating mechanism of the charity, improves the supervision mechanism of the charity, and establishes the perfect charitable incentive mechanism.
