我国为了在满足社会发展过程中对人才的渴求,同时解决求职人员的就业要求,需要通过职业教育来锻炼受教育者的专业技术与职业技能,从而使他们能够在一定时间内达到职业岗位的服务标准。在我国社会主义市场经济体制与“十一五”规划纲要的背景下,职业教育进入了一个发展与革新的时代。在这一过程中,作为我国汽车工业的进步与发展的后盾,中职汽修专业一直以培养实践型技术学员为己任,通过向国家输出大量的可用人才,成了汽车工业的强大动力。因而,负责执教中职汽修专业的教师有必要结合具体事实,从课堂教学中尚存的不足入手,对如何将趣味教学成功引入中职汽修专业的方法进行深入探究。
In order to meet the thirst for talents in the process of social development and to solve the employment requirements of job-seekers, our country needs to train the professional skills and vocational skills of educators through vocational education so as to enable them to achieve professional job services within a certain period of time standard. Under the background of China’s socialist market economic system and the 11th Five-Year Plan, vocational education has entered an era of development and innovation. In this process, as the backing of the progress and development of China’s automobile industry, the vocational auto repair profession has always been to train practical technical students. By outputting a large amount of available personnel to the country, it has become a powerful driving force for the automobile industry. Therefore, it is necessary for the teachers responsible for coaching the auto mechanics major to combine with the concrete facts to start with the existing insufficiency in the classroom teaching, and to probe deeply into how to successfully introduce the interest teaching into the professional auto mechanics specialty.
